I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Personal information about you is kept confidential and not passed on to any third party without your permission or under safeguarding conditions (please see contract). This is stored on an encrypted data stick. Telephone numbers are kept on my password protected phone. Personal details are destroyed a month after our contact has ended.
The brief notes I take of our sessions are anonymised so can not be tied into you and are kept on my password protected laptop. They are kept for 5 years ( young people, 5 years after turning 18) and then destroyed.
You are entitled to see this information and request removal of data. Please discuss this with me.
